How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered instantly to the mobile phone (cell phone) number that you entered. There may be slight delays if there is heavy phone traffic.

How can I track my order?
After your order is sent, you will receive an email detailing the transaction. If for some reason the recipient has not received the textcard, then please get in touch with us and can look into this further.

What if my order is lost?
After investigation, we will happily replace or refund lost orders free of charge.

Do you deliver orders to my country?
We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.

Where are your products delivered from?
Our digital greeting cards are design  by artists based all around the world, delivery of these is centralised on a website based in the UK.


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?
A tricky one, no. The textcards that are sent are instant, please always look for spelling mistakes or errors before sending these.

Can I cancel my order?
No, as this is an instant service orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order?
As this is a digital service, unfortunately we cannot return orders.

Can I exchange my order?
As this is a digital service, orders cannot be exchanged. All orders placed online are delivered instantly.
